Friday February 19, 2021 (Bay Country Church) 714 Locust Street, Cambridge, MD 21613 6:00pm-8:00Pm

Saturday January 20 ,2021 (Cambridge Little League Park) 1617 Race Street, Cambridge, MD 21613

9:00am - 12:00pm

Registration Fee: $65.00 (Includes Jersey, Hat, Pants, Belt and Socks)

Multiple Child Discount: ($20.00 off per second and subsequent child)

Checks can be made out to Cambridge Little League

Little League Registration Form

Copy of Birth Certificate

School Enrollment Form (CLL will have form signed by the school) www.littleleague.org/downloads/school-enrollment-form/

If you child does not go to an in district school (3 Proofs of Residency are Required)

Medical Release Form

Having these documents printed and filled out will help you save time in the registration process.

Baseball Players must by 5 by August 31,2021

Softball Players must be 5 by January 1, 2021
